Refund / Return / Exchange Policy

2.1. Applicability
This policy applies to product purchases made through SaveAgro Online, unless otherwise stated.

2.2. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (before dispatch) without penalty by contacting our support. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2.3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7–15 days of delivery (you can define the exact period) for eligible products (unopened, unused, in original condition).

  • Not all items may be eligible for return (e.g. seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals once opened, perishable goods).

  • You must notify us via email or support within the return period, attaching photos or proof of defect/damage.

  • For exchange, we will ship the replacement (if available) at our cost or after verifying the returned item.

2.4. Refunds

  • If a return is accepted, we will refund via the original payment method (or store credit) once we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping charges (outgoing and return) may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged item or wrong dispatch).

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receipt and approval of returned goods.

2.5. Damaged or Defective Goods

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receipt).

  • We may ask for photo or video proof.

  • On validation, we will arrange replacement or refund, and cover return shipping.

2.6. Shipping Cost for Returns
You may need to cover the return shipping cost (unless the return is due to our fault). Use a tracked service; we are not responsible for loss in transit.
